1. What payments do you accept?
You can buy any DumpMedia software using VISA, Paypal, Mastercard, and more. All standard payment methods are supported.
2. Do you charge VAT on my order?
DumpMedia charges VAT for most countries, like European Union countries, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Japan.
We collect the VAT rate of each country and then remit the collected tax to the proper tax authority. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund VAT from an order that has already been processed. You will need to obtain a VAT refund through your tax authority.
3. Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

4. What is your refund policy?

5. What if I bought the wrong app?
In this case, you can directly go ahead to purchase the correct product and then contact us（support@dumpmedia.com） to refund the wrong order for you.
