If you have any problem when registering for DumpMedia software, you can find the solutions from the following FAQs.

1. I have several computers. Can I get the app on all of them?

No. A single-user license can work on one computer only. If you want to use our software on another computer (the OS is the same as the prior one), you can contact our team to change it. But once the change is done, you will not be allowed to use it on the old computer.

2. Why is my registration code invalid?

Check it again and confirm you've put the correct reg name and code. And since it's case-sensitive, please don't leave any space before and after the license. If you keep getting the error message, please send us the screenshot for further analysis.

3. Why can't I receive the license key after buying it?

Please confirm your order has been validated successfully first. Then please check your Spam folder to see whether it's there. Otherwise, please contact us and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

4. Can I switch my license key from Windows to Mac version or vice versa?

No. The licenses for DumpMedia software only are for lifetime use on the specified platform. You have to buy a new license key for your computer running a different OS.
