For Windows users click here.

For Mac users click here.

6. Why isn't my subscription showing up in the member center?

The web-based member center and the in-app account system are managed separately. The subscription status shown in the member center is not the only indicator of your license validity. Even if the subscription does not currently appear in your account page, it does not affect the validity of your active license. Your license key has already been issued and sent to your registered email address once the order has been successfully processed. Once the license key is activated in the software, the subscription becomes effective immediately. If you encounter any account-related issues, please contact us.

7. Should I subscribe to Apple Music?

DumpMedia Any Music Converter does NOT include any streaming service subscriptions. It is a music converting tool only. To access and convert music, users must log in with their own streaming service accounts. The availability of songs depends entirely on the subscription status of the account being used. For example, to access and convert Apple Music tracks, you must first subscribe to Apple Music with your own account. As for other platforms that offer free streaming services, you can use a free account to access and convert music tracks.

8. Why are there no subscriptions showing in my member center?

Please note that the web-based Member Center and the in-app account system are managed separately.

Although you mentioned that no subscription appears in your account center, this does not mean your subscription was inactive.

This is only a display limitation of the account page and does not affect the validity of your active license.

You can check your subscription status directly in the software by logging in with your licensed email address.

9. Can I transfer my license to another computer?

Yes, you can transfer your license to a new computer, and it's 100% free.
